The 5.30 is a 5K run/walk that takes place in the town centre at 5.30am, before a regular business day. Our 5.30 run/walk is based on the promotion of an active lifestyle supported by healthy food and a touch of art. The idea is that this will increase the wellness of the people in the town where they live and work, whilst delivering a sustainable event with zero environmental impact.

According to the creators, 5.30 is not only a sport event but also a project based on the promotion of a positive lifestyle, centered around daily physical activity and healthy eating.

The South Coast Half Marathon, 10K and 5K take place in and around the town of Seaford in East Sussex.

The course is lapped and takes in the scenic views from the seafront.The event is aimed at all abilities, whether you are a beginner, experienced or professional in running the race guarantees large crowds to cheer you along!

If the Half Marathon is not for you then the South Coast 10K or the 5K takes place on the same day, over the same course

This Challenge takes in some of England's finest scenery as a walk, jog or run. An Eastbourne start, up the infamous Beachy Head, through the Seven Sisters Country Park and along the South Downs Way. A Brighton midpoint, Devils Dyke, stunning views, sunset and sunrise all lie ahead, before the Cathedral spire of historic Arundel comes into view and a welcome finish line after 100k and an amazing personal journey. 50k and 25k options.

Take on some of England's finest scenery - up Beachy Head, over the magnificent Seven Sisters, and along the South Downs Way with stunning views to a Brighton mid-point. Devil's Dyke, welcome rest stops, ups & downs all lie ahead before historic Arundel comes into view after an amazing journey you'll never forget.

Whether you're a keen walker and new to endurance events, or even a seasoned marathon runner looking to up the distance, your challenge will be unforgettable, with full support & great hospitality all the way.

Eastbourne start on Saturday morning, you'll Walk, Jog, or Run along the coastal path & South Downs Way through day & night (for some) on this 24+ hour challenge all the way to Arundel. The route goes through stunning scenery, with a Brighton half way point, and the undulating path will test you - but will be incredibly rewarding.

With some training and determination you'll be amazed at what you can achieve!

A unique, fun, running with dogs event combining exercise with your best four-legged friends. Run or walk 5 kilometers through Stanmer Parks beautiful woodland. Walkers are also welcome to take part, this is an event inclusive for everyone who owns a dog.

Why simply walk your dog every day when you can take part in an event and earn yourself and your dog a matching medal! There will also be information/merchandise stalls for your dogs, food, and drink, and a huge collection of new friends for your dog(s) to meet and wag their tails at.

The Brighton Marathon is now one of the UKs favourite 26.2-milers. It became the 12th largest European marathon in just six years, and attracts runners from all around the world. With unbeatable crowd support and amazing sea views, the Marathon is a truly unique running event, backgrounded by the cosmopolitan City of Brighton & Hove.

The first running of the race took place on 18th April 2010 and the tenth running of the race will take place on the 14th April 2019. The course bests for the men and women are well under 2:10 and 2:29, making it the second fastest marathon in the UK. It is also the second-largest marathon in the UK and twelfth largest in Europe.

Since its inauguration, the Brighton Marathon has dramatically developed to become the Brighton Marathon Weekend, comprising the Brighton Marathon, BM10k, Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens Mini Mile Races, and the Event Village.

An out-and-back fast course the race runs west towards Shoreham on the promenade. After Hove Lagoon the course meets Basin Road South (this will be closed for the race). Following Shoreham Docks the race turns at Carats Caf at 5km returning to the finish at Hove Lawns. This course is capable of producing fast times as it is flat and relatively straight. PHX10K is a fully inclusive race, disabled athletes who have entered should contact the club to discuss the course and any help you might need. The course holds a UKA Cerificate of Accurancy Course 11-160
