Running is the world’s most accessible sport. Park runs, colour runs, 5k, 10k, half marathons, marathons and ultras — all you need is a pair of trainers and off you go. Running events are hugely popular on Let’s Do This and it’s a sociable sport, so get some friends involved and achieve something extraordinary.

If you’re starting small, the 5k and 10k events are great fun and definitely worth doing even if you’re training for a bigger challenge further down the line. Getting used to the atmosphere of an event is important. You’re so much more likely to hit a better time if there’s a crowd cheering you on, people in fancy dress and a big celebration at the finish line.

Come to the glorious Wimbledon Common for the running of the Wimbledon Half Marathon previously known as South London Half Marathon. This route is one of the most popular runs in the London area, through the streets of Wimbledon, and of course, Wimbledon Common.

The race starts and finishes at near Rushmere Pond/Kings College, on Wimbledon Common.

This is part of a series of monthly 10k races around the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, home of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is a great value, chip-timed race on this brilliant course passing by the London Aquatics Centre, The London Stadium, ArcelorMittal Orbit and through the park's green space and waterways.

The course consists of 3 laps of the park, and avoids all road crossings. Suitable for runners of all abilities - expect a great atmosphere, instant results printing and goody bags with medals for every finisher, you'll find all you need to bring out your best run!

Taking place on the first Saturday of every month throughout the year, we group them together into a six-month Summer Series and a six-month Winter Series. Points are awarded to anyone completing multiple races in the series, with great prizes up for grabs at the end of each set of six races.

QE Olympic Park 10k – May

This is part of a series of monthly 10k races around the stunning Regents Park - an outstanding location within the heart of London, mainly flat with slight undulations.

The course consists of 3 laps of the park, and avoids all road crossings. Suitable for runners of all abilities - expect a great atmosphere, instant results printing and goody bags with medals for every finisher, you'll find all you need to bring out your best run!

Taking place on the first Sunday of every month throughout the year, we group them together into a six-month Summer Series and a six-month Winter Series. Points are awarded to anyone completing multiple races in the series, with great prizes up for grabs at the end of each set of six races.

Regent’s Park Summer 10k – May

The Wings for Life World Run is a truly unique and global race for both runners and wheelchair participants. Instead of a finish line, competitors race side by side to keep ahead of the virtual Catcher Car. Now in its fifth year, on May 6, 2018, Wings for Life World Run participants in Great Britain can run in London - Richmond Park. Meet up with your friends, download the Wings for Life World Run APP and join all the other people running until the virtual Catcher Car catches you of course. The race starts at exactly 12:00. The virtual Catcher Car takes off 30 minutes after the start at 15km/h and steadily increases its speed until the last athletes have been caught. 100% of all donations and the entry fees go directly into spinal cord research projects.

Join us back at Crystal Palace Park located in the South-East London suburb of Crystal Palace on Sunday 6th May and run a 5k or 10k. The park is situated on the Norwood Ridge, offering views of Central London, Greenwich and the North Downs. This undulating route in the beautiful park is the perfect opportunity for a fun morning out, even passing a few dinosaurs along the course!

Included is a themed medal, water, fruit & flapjacks. Each kilometer is accurately marked out with distance flags and we have plenty of helpers to keep you on track and to encourage you on your way to the finish. Come and enjoy the day with us; we hope to see you there!

We are excited to announce a BRAND NEW venue to the 2018 events calendar! Join us in North London at the famous and iconic Alexandra Palace, located between Muswell Hill and Wood Green, on Sunday 13th May 2018 and choose from a 5k or 10k. Running around Alexandra Park you can take in some of the best panoramic views of London.

The Do it for Charity Superhero Run is your chance to become a real-life superhero as you pull on your cape and join thousands of fellow runners as they descend on Regents Park, London, in a bid to make the UK a more charitable place to live!

This year, our run is taking place on Sunday 13th May

A FREE Superhero Costume!
You will be able to turn into Batman or Supergirl in a flash as you pull on your superhero disguise in one of our fantastic free costumes OR bring your own costume and turn in to your very own masked alter ego! Creativity is encouraged and there will be a prize for the best costume!

Designed and delivered by former military professionals, this race drops you behind enemy lines and pushes you like never before!

The rules are simple:

You have 10 minutes to get escape...
You will carry 10kg on your back...

The distance is set at anything between 5-20km, depending on how much distance you can put between yourself and our Military Trackers!

The London Spring 10k returns for the fifth year to Regents Park. A run or a race - suitable for experienced runners and first timers alike, using roads and footpaths.
