Starting at the historic campus of Santa Clara University/Mission Santa Clara, the course features a loop through Avaya Stadium, home to the San Jose Earthquakes! The event then returns to Santa Clara University where participants can enjoy a post-race festival on Santa Claras Franklin Mall. The course includes The Health Turst 6K, San Francisco 49ers 10K and Sutter Health/PAMF Kids Fun Run with dash distances (ages 2 7). If you have not made it to the 6K/10K split by 9am you will be directed to run on the 6K course even if you have registered for the 10K

ACE Inspire Academy is a middle school in downtown San Jose that seeks to have all students recognize their extrordinary potential. We serve the under-served students in our community making them ready for high school and college. Your participation in the 5k shows our students that there are other people in the community that support them as well. Your registration fee is going right back into our schools to enhance our curriculum with new supplies and hands-on acitivities such as field trips and presenations.
This event is held close to my heart! As a way to honor my father, Richard Limb. I created and named this event after him. My dad has always been a king to me. I remember him sharing stories of his running in Santa Teresa County Park when he was young and the love he had for it.
The Run for Zimbabwe Orphans and Fair is for the entire family. We feature three distances: a pre-school 220 yard run; a 1/2 mile run for Kindergarten; and a mile run for girls and boys in grades 1-8. Girls race girls and boys race boys. The event is held entirely on school property and is in the style of cross-country! While the running races take place, a fair with the music, art, food and culture of Zimbabwe is held on the school black top. Gales open at noon. This event benefits Makumbi Children's Home in Zimbabwe, an orphanage that serves 100 children, ages infant to age 18. T-shirts will be on sale at the meet on a first come first served basis.
Foam Glow 5K is a fun filled experience exposing runners to Glowing Foam and a ton of Blacklights all over the course. Glowing runners come from all different ages, shapes, sizes, and speeds. Whether you are a long term runner or a walk around the park stroller, the 3 miles of the Foam Glow 5K course will have you shining bright and waiting for the next run.
Run in the shadow of Mt. Umunhum with the deer and a few of your favorite running pals. Set in the Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve, this one of a kind running event provides unique access to gorgeous trails and scenery not commonly viewed. 100% trail/fire road. One of the toughest runs out there, this 50K challenge course has plenty of steep climbs and exposure to make sure you get a fantastic workout. The 50k course covers the entire park. You will not be disappointed.
If youve done a traditional 5K, you know they can be a bit lackluster. But the BUBBLE RUN is like running through Willy Wonkas factory. Clad in white t-shirts, adults, kids and strollers run, walk, dance and play across 3 miles of absolute fun! Waves start every 3-5 minutes. Then, at each kilometer, participants will run through the Foam Bogs where there is enough colored foam to cover you from head to toe!
Our Annual Racing Hearts 5k/10k to celebrate active living for heart disease is coming soon. Together we can see more lives saved and that everyone has a chance to live a full and active life. Since 2014, our Racing Hearts 5k/10k events have raised over $220,000 for genetic testing and education for underserved families, echocardiograms, AEDs and heart research.
Feed the Need is the 4th annual 5K/10K Run/Walk fundraising event for Loaves & Fishes Family Kitchen. Our goal is to host a family-friendly fundraising event while at the same time increase the communitys knowledge of our organization, and the services we offer.
The money you raise for Ride4Diabetes funds critical diabetes research, information programs, and advocacy efforts that support the nearly 30 million children and adults in the U.S. with diabetes, and the 86 million with pre-diabetes. Over time, diabetes can damage the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves, and the overall risk of dying is at least double the risk of their peers without diabetes.
