Dont overdo the bike leg. Get to the far turnaround in the run then give it all youve got coming home - its only 2.5km to go from there!
  • Did the Sprint in 2018

It was obviously disappointing that the swim had to be cancelled for race 1 but completely outside the race organisers control! This however didnt impact the atmosphere or race organisation at all! Thoroughly enjoyable race, as always! Thank you 2XU!
  • Did the Sprint in 2018

Everything was well communicated before race day.
  • Did the Sprint in 2018

The swim shouldnt have been cancelled. I was coaching under 9s nippers Saturday and they all swam/ boarded.
