Nerang National Park, situated 20km inland on the famous Gold Coast, Australia’s premiere holiday destination. The venue is readily accessible by road from Brisbane (one hour) or from Gold Coast International Airport (40 minutes). The course is predominantly on 4WD fire trails and is hilly. The events are set on a loop course of 25 kms with an elevation gain of 885 metres per loop. Loop course to enable frequent re-hydration, refueling and crew support.

Ultra Trail Gold Coast routes

The course is an accurately measured 25 kms loop, thus afforing maximum safety and ideal opportunities for fluid and energy replacement, crewing and rest for those in the longer events.
Option 1, 500 kms; 20 full laps,
Option 2, 325 kms (replacing the 200 miler); 13 full laps,
Option 3, 175 kms (replacing the old 100 miler); 7 full laps,
Option 4, 100 kms; 4 full laps,
Option 5, 50 kms; 2 full laps,
Option 6, 25 kms; one full 25 km lap

  • Trophies for 1-2-3 in all events except the 4 x 25 kms relay where the members of the winning team will each receive a trophy
