RUNNING IN SUMMER:
We love summer and everything about it, but most of all we want you to have an enjoyable experience at Race 1 of the Sunset Series. Make sure to stay hydrated before, during and after your race. Bring a drink bottle to refill at the hydration station, wear a hat and listen to your body and what it’s telling you.
WAVE STARTS:
Runners and walkers will be sent off in a rolling start. If you think you have a chance of placing, please ensure you make your way to the front of the start chute.
RACE BIB INFORMATION:
Please note, some information below may only apply to 3-pass series participants.
Participants who register for the 3-Pass Series before 11:59pm Sunday, 13 January 2019 will have a personalised race bib. Please note, individual race entrants do not have the option for a personalised race bib.
3-Pass Series participants are required to keep their race bib for the entirety of the 3 races. If a participant loses/damages their race bib they may obtain another one for a $10 admin fee.
If a participant who is registered for an individual race loses/damages their race bib they can replace it for a $10 admin fee.
FREE BROOKS SINGLET FOR 3-PASS SERIES & 2-PASS SERIES PARTICIPANTS
Brooks Sunset Series Singlet:
The first 1,500 3-Pass & 2-Pass Series entrants will receive a free Brooks singlet. Singlets are not available for purchase.
Singlet sizes are subject to availability and given on first-in-first-served basis.
3-Pass Series & 2-Pass Series participants who register within the first 1,500 will have a tear-off strip on their race bib and can collect their singlet at the Event Village in exchange for their tear off.

CAN MY FRIEND TAKE MY ENTRY IF I CAN NO LONGER COMPETE?
There is a $10 admin fee to transfer your entry into someone else’s name.
CHANGING YOUR DISTANCE / UPGRADING TO THE 3-PASS SERIES:
Please email Sole Motive [email protected] or phone (03) 9285 0600 to change your distance or upgrade to the Series. After this date, event changes will need to be made on the event evening. Please arrive early and visit the Entries marquee.
I HAVE A TODDLER DO THEY HAVE TO PAY?
Children under four years of age are not required to pay the entry fee, however for safety and insurance reasons we do still require an entry form to be completed. Please email [email protected]
ARE THE COURSES WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?
Yes, however, we request that all race wheelchair athletes enter at least one week before the date of the event. This is to ensure that event organisers can safely accommodate all wheelchair athletes on the course. Also if you are a race wheelchair athlete please indicate this in the entry process.
