The Bloody Long Walk is an amazing challenge which will bring you an incredible sense of achievement.

Do at your own pace! Whether you walk, jog or run, we are all in it together to knowing that every step is one step closer to finding a cure for mito! With the 35km walk passing along some of Sydneys most famous beaches, past St Marys Cathedral and through the Circular Quay via the Opera House, we know you will love it.

What To Wear Checklist

  • Sun hat
  • Shorts
  • Sports top / t-shirt
  • Long sleeved shirt to protect you against the sun
  • Two pairs of thick socks
  • Well-fitting walking shoes or trainers
  • Lightweight waterproof jacket

What To Bring Checklist

  • Water bottle or bladder
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Snacks, fruit and nut bars, bananas etc.
  • Towelette or small quick dry towel
  • Wet wipes
  • First aid kit: plasters, bandages, paracetamol, blister treatment kit, scissors, Vaseline, safety pins etc.
  • Spare shoelaces

Collect Before The Event

18th and 19th October – 8 am – 2:30 pm
QBE room 5.02, Level 5, 2 Park St Sydney

OR

Saturday 20th October 11:00AM-4:00 PM Hickson Rd Reserve, The Rocks

OR

At the check-in tents on the morning of the event (30 mins before start wave)

Please bring a digital (on your mobile phone) or printed copy of your eTicket with you to collect your bib.

There will be timing facilities at the event – your bib number must be visible.
