The 2019 course will be run around an 11km lap, changing direction on completion of each lap (for those competing in distances beyond one lap). The surface is a mix of pine forest trail, grass, gravel, sand, compact dirt and two small creek crossings (one of which is usually dry). This event is based at Wild Horse Mountain car park, consisting of six runs of 11, 22, 33, 55km, 6 hours and 12 hours. There will also be a 1.5km kid's fun run.

The Ramsay Health Care Triathlon Pink Series consists of six fun triathlon events in various locations throughout Australia. The triathlons are for all women and boys and girls aged 7 to 13. The whole family can get involved in our Fun Run Pink which is open to all genders, young and old. Also known as Tri Pink, these events are a great way for family and friends to come together and enjoy an active and fun day out.
There are a variety of distances for the first timers to the experienced triathlete. We love painting the University of the Sunshine Coast Pink for a day! Of course we dont use paintunless its pink face zinc then we allow it. Come join the fun and try something new.
The Kawana Aquathlon is an absolute whopper of a event - and one for those who would rather swim and run! There are 3 different distances to choose from
Full Distance - 2.5km Run / 1km Swim / 2.5km Run
Enticer - 300m Swim / 2.5km Run
Kool Kids (7-11yrs) - 200m Swim / 1km Run (10-11yrs) or 100m Swim / 500m Run (7-9yrs)
This event is part of the TQ Nissan State Series and is a Triathlon Australia World Qualifying Event to compete for Australia at the Age Group ITU World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland in August/September 2019.
The Sunshine Coast Marathon is part of the 'Sunshine Coast marathon and community run festival' located on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland. The festival also incorporates a half marathon, 10k run, 5k run and a 2k fun run. It is an annual event held in August and was first run in 2012. The marathon starts and ends at the 'Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club'. The picturesque route loops along Alexandra Headland, Mooloolaba & Maroochydore beachfront.

What is a hill climb challenge, you ask? Essentially - you challenge yourself to see how many laps you can do. It's like a track ultra!
Round 1 of the 2018/2019 AAA Racing Hill Climb Challenge will take place at Wild Horse Mountain and will run from 6:00 pm, December 15th until midday, December 16th.
The shortest climb of the three rounds is not to be underestimated with approximately 95 metres of ascent and descent and a round trip of 1.4 km, it will pack a punch (that's 6:300 metres over 100 km if you like stats!).
The primary event will be run over 12 hours with options to start at 6:00 pm or 9pm. it will be supported by 6-hour options (6:00 pm or 3:00 am) and a 3-hour option (3:00 am Sunday).
Hydration, electrolyte and fuel provided by Hammer Nutrition, as well as sandwiches, savouries and treats at the foot of the climb with hydration and electrolyte at the top.
