Hugely popular amongst trail runners in South Australia, Cleland 50 offers trail versatility unmatched by any other conservation park in metropolitan Adelaide.

Features of the Cleland 50 trail:
Technical single track
Fire tracks
Quad-busting downhills
Steep uphills to elevate your heart rate
Stunning views of Adelaide

The Cleland 50 takes advantage of all of these features of Cleland Conservation Park. When we set out to create this course, the number one goal was to use as much of the Park as possible while keeping the number of times you cross the same trail to a minimum.

Adelaide 6 Day RaceParadise, South Australia, AU

Ultra Runners South Australia with Sarah Barnett and in conjunction with Campbelltown City Council is proud to announce the Adelaide 6 Day event taking place in picturesque Thorndon Park Reserve. Starting on September 30, 2018, this is going to be a great race for all of the multi-day runners out there!

The main race is 6 days but there is also a 48 hour and 72 hour race for those who feel 6 days might be too much of a jump for this year.

Thorndon Park is a great location for running. The certified 1430m cement track, with 10m elevation per lap, is perhaps one of the most scenic going around. And with the world-class timing technology, coupled with the great support from the event suppliers such as First In Sports First Aid, this event is set to be incredibly well-rounded and professionally presented.

Welcome to the fourth staging of the South Australian 100km Track Championship!

In conjunction with Athletics SA and the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure, Ultra Runners South Australia is excited to once again be hosting this event.

A bona fide State Championship, the 100km and 50km events are set for a 7.00pm start on Saturday January 26th to avoid the direct sun of the day. Runners will have fourteen hours to complete the 100km.

And for those who prefer more daylight than nighttime with their running, in 2019 we are introducing the Track Marathon. This event is scheduled for 6.00am Sunday January 27 with a cutoff of four hours.
