Back for it's 37th edition, the Canada Day Road Races tradition continues! In support of the Canadian Cancer Foundation, there is something for the whole family, with a 10K, 5K, 1K kids run and 100m tot trot to choose from. With prizes, medals and snacks - this will be a fun morning for all.

Route information

All races are single lapped routes around the scenic roads surrounding the Earl of March High School, in the Beaverbrook community of Kanata North. The terrain will consist of concrete paths and roads, making for a fast course for anyone hunting a PB.

Get full directions

By Car

From the East - taking the 417 westbound, exit at the Eagleson Road / March Road exit. Stay on the westbound ramp for Campeau Drive. Continue straight, across Eagleson Road and continue west until the entrance to the John Mlacak Centre/Library.

From the West - taking the 417 eastbound, take the Eagleson Road exit. Follow the above directions from there. Look out for signs directing you to the designated event parking.

Green Bib Registration

To help participants who are keen to reduce their environmental footprint and support their community, Run Ottawa have introduced the Green Bib registration option. Note when purchasing a Green Bib ticket, you will not a medal, instead opt-ing to donate $5 to the Perley Health Foundation.
