Route information
Riders will start in Richmond and head along the flat and fast Thames Valley route. From here, it's along towards Bath, over the Severn Bridge, and Cardiff Castle. Lovingly nicknamed Capital Punishment, there are sure to be some challenging sections along the route.
Riders are welcome to stay the night and enjoy the city of Cardiff or hop back onto the train at Cardiff Central (just 5 minutes from the finish line).
