I'm a big fan of the Asda Foundation Run for All events. This was the first time doing the Sheffield 10k and I was running with a friend for the first time too. I stayed over in Sheffield the night before and I did find that parking was a little hard to find so would probably go into the centre via tram as they were offering a discount for runners and their supporters. Plenty of loo's and the cafe open in the Winter Gardens before the race too.Nice route, does include some hills so beware of that if you are not used to them (I'm from Hull, we don't have hills.)Great atmosphere, and great support, plus a really good event village that includes free post run massage and free medal engraving.
