Run this gloriously scenic, flat, multi-terrain, point-to-point half marathon along the Thames towpath. Mainly traffic free.

Run in reverse directions each year; this year it is "Up Flow" therefore starting in Windsor and finishing in Marlow, taking in Bourne End, Cookham & Maidenhead along the way.

Join us for the FIRST EVER Sheffield Defeat Dementia Superhero Sprint on Saturday 9th June 2018.

This brand new Superhero/Supervillain sprint event consists of a 5km fun run, a 10km and a half marathon race and costume contest on the beautiful Sheffield/Tinsley canal towpath. Wear your favourite superhero or supervillain gear and use your superpowers to walk, run or sprint to the finish line. Its going to be a whole comic strip of fun with a whole lot of running thrown in too!

Burn off some energy, use your superpowers and have a WHOLE load of superhero or supervillain fun!. It's a family friendly 5k,10k or half marathon with a medal and a FREE goody bag for all finishers!

The whole of the UK (and most of the world) will be glued to their TV's this afternoon to watch Harry and Meghan get hitched. Whether you're celebrating with them or sick to death of the whole thing, come and join us in a splash of red, white & blue as we colour up the Sheffield Tinsley canal towpath.

The route is totally runner/ family/wheelchair/pram friendly with frequent refreshments and friendly marshals. A scenic, fast and flat out-and-back route great for PBs. Parking, toilets, and facilities very close by; choose your distance (5km, 10km, 13.1 miles).

Bespoke medal and goody bag for all finishers: friendly marshals, scones and jam (what else?) at the finish line. Fancy dress is optional (but encouraged!) : there will be flags, tea & coffee, and souvenirs available at the start line. Fast, flat, fun course.

Outlon Park has been home to many motor racing events since the 1950s and has previously hosted the British Touring Car Championship, British F3 and British Superbikes Championship. Known to many as the toughest off-road ride in the UK, this seriously challenging event is not to be missed! Two routes to choose from: 35 miles, and the 'Big Daddy' 100 miles with a total climb of over 10,000ft! If you're an experienced off-roader, you can become part of an extra special group of heart heroes. The 100 mile route starts in Winchester; the 35 mile route joins the long route at Devil's Dyke, near Brighton. Both routes finish by the seafront in Eastbourne.

BHF London to Brighton Off-Road Bike Ride

The trek begins in the ancient Inca Capital of Cosco where well stop for 2 nights to start acclimatising to the altitude. Its then time for an early start where the first part of our trekking begins. First stop, the Lares Valley and hot springs.

We'll then head deep into the mountains and stop off in villages along the way. Well first see the spectacular view of Machu Picchu from the Sun Gate, and then its time to explore the extraordinary Inca remains. The trek then ends back in Cusco where its time to celebrate and reflect on all of your hard work!

Join us on this challenge and help raise vital funds for our pioneering research into the causes and treatment of heart disease.
