SWIM; One lap of 3.8km in the internal lagoon in front of Venice, with calm and fast water. Early morning in June in Venice is warm and the temperature of the water will be around 22 degrees.;

TRANSITION AREA; Transition 1 and 2 are at the Parco San Giuliano, close to the finish line, in one of the biggest urban parks in Europe, with great facilities for spectators and the possibility to see the athletes several times during the course;

BIKE COURSE; The first part of the bike course is a length of 20 km to leave the Mestre area and go in the countryside of Venice, in 'the Venice Garden'. Then there are three laps of 46 km, totally flat and with a perfect asphalt, surrounded by beautiful Ville Venete and rivers, where it will be possible also for the spectators to follow the race sailing in a boat! There are also spots for spectators, close to typical Italian Trattoria, where the fans can go from Parco San Giuliano with dedicated bus, and spend part of the day watching the bike course and tasting some great Italian food. After the three laps return on the 20k leg back to the park
