Half Marathon - 21km

Starting at Nga Puna Wai, you will spread out around the one and a half laps of the athletics track before running out to the motorway pathways. The finala route to the Motorway pathways will be finalised just prior to the event given that some of the area is still a construction site.

Once on the Motorway pathways the run will go to Carrs Basin returning to Curletts Road and back into Nga Puna Wai. Whether this is via the underpass or Canterbury A&P Park is yet to be decided. The finish will be back on the athletics track at Nga Puna Wai.

There will be 1km markers throughout the event for the Half Marathon.

10km

The 10km runners will start at the same time as the Half Marathon runners and will run out through the underpass and continue toward Carrs Basin. When the 10km runners reach the 5km marker, they turn and return to the Finish at Nga Puna Wai.
