Route information
Terrain: Paths and Trails
Route Type: Loop
Explore the historic Thetford forest this spring. This fantastic route will be a circular lap made up of a variety of hard packed trails. As you explore the depths of the forest take in the beautiful scenery with the spring sun lighting the way. This race is perfect for any ability of runner and is suitable for both roadies and trailers alike.
Course markings
This course is marked by yellow signs, with black directional arrows. There will also be red and white barrier tape throughout.
Water Stations
There will be a water station at the 3 mile, half way and 10-mile marks. Make sure to bring your own refillable cup or bottle.

There will be a car park available near the race venue. It will be a 5 minute walk from the start/finish. Forestry England car parking charges apply, discounted rate of £3 is available per day. The code for the discount is 7044.
When paying on leaving, type in the car reg, choose I have a discount code, type in 7044, and click pay. This is a card only machine.
By Car
If travelling from London please take the M11 onto the A11 following signs for Thetford / Norwich. Keep right and follow appropriate directions to the B1107.
By Train
The closest train station to the race is Thetford. From there you can take the 86 Bus from the interchange to Kestrel Drive. From there, High Lodge is a short walk.

Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to enter.

There will be a free manned bag drop at the race start/finish.

This is a cupless race, drinking water will be available at the start and finish so that you can refill your own bottles.

There will be fully qualified first aiders available at the race HQ to assist anyone with injuries or emergencies.
