Start / Finish will be at the Pleasant Valley Fields Park at the Village At The Park Sports Complex. This course is over the mostly flat Camarillo bike path. No auto traffic to worry about on this course. Post race street tacos too!

Half Marathon:

Start at Village at the park soccer fields. head east onto the Camarillo Bike path, Turn right onto the Camarillo Bike path to the designated turn around point for your race distance, turn around and head north still on the bike path towards Upland rd and turn around and back towards the main park entrance to the upper bike path LOOP TWO SIGN and start your second loop. At the end of your last loop you will run through the blue finish chute.

10K Course:

Start at Village at the park soccer fields. head east onto the bike path, turn right on the bike path towards Pleasant Valley Rd, to the 10k turnaround sign and back along the bike path heading north towards Upland Rd, turn around at Upland road and back to the finish line.

5K Course:

Start at Village at the park soccer fields. head east onto the bike path, turn right on the bike path towards Pleasant Valley Rd, to the 5k turnaround sign and back along the bike path heading north towards Adolfo Rd turn around at Adolfo road and back to the finish line.

08:00 - Half marathon race begins

08:15 - 10K race begins

08:30 - 5K race begins

Awards will be given out as follows

Top 3 overall M/F in each race - Special Award

Top 3 each age group M/F - ALL RACE DISTANCES

All great events have one thing in common, great volunteers. This event is no different. your help will make this year’s event one of the best.

Athlete Check in:

Volunteers will help set up athlete check in station and help with early morning check in and general athlete questions athletes might have on race morning.

Finish Line and Expo Setup:

Helpers will setup finish chute and expo canopies. Race day flags and maps.

Expo and Finish Line:

Hand out medals, post race water, help direct athlete traffic, help with timing company if needed.

Water Station Teams:

Set up the water table, hand out water and Gatorade as athletes pass by. Clean up the area once the last runner has passed.

Clean Up Team:

Post race finish line and expo area tear down. Load race gear back into the U-Haul truck

Will there be port-o-potties along the course?

Yes: Porta Potties will be on the course about every 1.5 miles, free standing bathrooms at the park. Porta a potties are usually one per 150 people according to the experts. We always have one unit per 75 people at the start area. Please get it done early to avoid the lines.

Can I walk the course?

Yes: You have 4 hours to finish this race, that’s about 15 minutes plus per mile. Sooo... walkers are welcome, stroller moms, and walking clubs.

Is the course accurately measured and marked?

Yes: This has been GPS measured several times to make sure we are on the mark. Feel free to check it out on your own watch if you have time prior to the race. There will be mile markers on the course and volunteers at all major turns and water stations.

Can I register for the race at the packet pick-up location?

YES...You can register for the race at the package pick-up there are NO Discounts Package pickup and we only accept cash or credit cards, NO CHECKS. You can also register on line or by sending in the registration form. On line registration closes Friday at midnight.

Can I pick up my race packet on race day?

YES...you can pick up your race packet on race day, but we advise you to come early!! There may be hundreds of people doing the same and it may take a little time. We advise you to go to the packet pick-up Saturday before race day instead. Last minute check in on race day begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m. There is NO race day registration.
