Welcome once again to the IRONMAN 70.3 Buenos Aires. Following the success of the 2016 and 2017 editions, we are pleased to invite you to participate the great sporting spectacle that will happen November 4, 2018.
The City of Tigre is the main venue precisely in the Nordelta, only 25 minutes from downtown Buenos Aires and 30 minutes from Ezeiza International Airport.
Buenos Aires is one of the biggest and most charismatic cities in the world, 15 million inhabitants, cultural and sports life, restaurants, hotels and shows is the excuse to live the experience of this great city.
IRONMAN 70.3 Buenos Aires circuit will be the most attended on the continent with 2200 participants. More than 30 athletes from around the world have taken part during 2017.
Athletes will begin their day with a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim in the calm and warm waters of Puerto Canoas. The lake is surrounded by some of finest architecture in Buenos Aires, making it a truly unique course. Athletes will then embark on a flat and fast double-loop, 56-mile (90 km) bike course that travels through Camino de los Remeros and Boulevard Todos los Santos with amazing views of the city. Finally, athletes will take on a 13.1-mile (21 km) run course that winds around the river and through a lovely residential zone full of Pine and Alamos trees. The course offers striking river and cultural views as it passes by some of the most scenic areas in Buenos Aires.
