The turnaround at the 5K was a little bit hard to manage--especially for the leaders of the race who had to double-back. That course isn't one that would allow the event to grow much. There are plenty of ways to make it a true loop in Irvine/Woodbridge area so I feel like it wasn't necessary to double back for so much of the course. It was fine for the number of participants THIS year, but it's going to be a problem in the future. Your sponsors were amazing. Participation was great and growing like crazy. This is a fun race and it was our second or third time doing it.

I had a good experience. Everyone was so friendly! I Do wish the course would have been more scenic instead of the bike path with all the construction. There is that pretty body of water and we went no where near it. Too bad. Also, Im from LA a bit of a bummer no race day bib pickup. I had to come down Friday after work and spent 3.5 hours total in traffic. Not fun. Then had to turn around and drive back the next morning. Otherwise, love the medal and tech shirt and the vendors were awesome!
