About
The Triathlon course is new this year and will include trail run, mountain bike and whitewater legs. Enter as an individual completing all three legs by yourself, or form a team of 2 to 3 members (men's, women's, or mixed) to complete different legs of the race. Allowable boats include recreational, slalom, downriver, or inflatable boats (IK) and standup paddle boards (SUP).
