Course Details

The Regents Park 10k course is a three lap route covering the tarmac paths within the boundaries of Regents Park. The course has been officially measured and carries a certificate of course accuracy (certificate number: 11/174). The route will be clearly marked using large route arrows and directional cones, as well as being marshalled throughout. We would ask you to remember that we do not have exclusive use of the park and you should be aware that other park users will be on the course.

The route is a flat course with only one gentle incline to contend with and covers the tarmac paths surrounding the park. You will pass around various sections of the park past the boating lake and down the famous Regents Park Broad Walk. You will also pass the Money Fountain and alongside London Zoo.

The Caterham Rotary Half Marathon & 10K starts and finishes at Redhill Aerodrome. Although the race is not completely traffic free, it takes place on the quiet country lanes around the Aerodrome. The course is undulating but should still give the opportunity for some fast times, plus it's suitable for the first time and experienced runners.

The third race in this popular Summer evening series in the unique setting of Samphire Hoe - a nationally important and protected landscape in the shadow of the iconic White Cliffs of Dover. Samphire Hoe is one of the few places that you can truly appreciate the drama of the White Cliffs. Four fast and flat 5k races. The course should be super-fast, but would suit runners of all standards including beginners.

The fourth staging of The Twilight Ultra takes place at the Redbridge Cycle Centre in East London after another successful year in 2017.

The secure, traffic-free, undulating, tarmac route sees runners covering laps of the cycle circuit and finishing on what will, hopefully, be a balmy summers evening.

With good parking and spectating facilities, the event features a choice of three distances with start times varying according to the distance you select. Aim high and select the ultra distance and you can always step down to a shorter distance.

Runners will be able to take advantage of well-stocked aid stations on each lap with the availability of hot and cold food and drink.
