What you need to know

Spanning 7 days the Monster Triathlon is the UKs ultimate multi-sport challenge.

The event established itself as one of the toughest endurance challenges in the UK, covering 1,000km between Loch Ness and London across 3 disciplines.

It starts with a 5km swim in Loch Ness, before 5 stunning days on the bike and finishes with an ultra-marathon along the Thames. For those unable to tackle the beast in one go we are offering Swim, Cycle and Run only packages this year. Youll pass lakes, climb mountains, ride past fields, fly through villages, cross rivers and conquer hills. As well as being an epic challenge The Monster Triathlon also highlights the beauty and diversity of the UK. There are 7 days of meticulously planned routes, with full support teams in attendance at every start, finish, on the route and at hotels.

If youre not ready to attempt the whole Monster Triathlon this year then why not take on one of our discipline-specific challenges?

You can enter the full Monster Triathlon or just one of the three individual legs. To enter the Monster Triathlon or the Cycle leg, initially, you only need to pay a 60 deposit. You can pay the balance later on.
