The 10K route will start this year in DIT Grangegorman and finish in Royal Hospital Kilmainham along with the Half Marathoners. Still including some fan favourite landmarks! The 10K time limit is 1 hour, 40 minutes.
The 5K course gives runners a taste of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin experience with awesome crowd support, music along the route and blinging medals to show off! Take on Saturday’s 5KM and the 10K or Half Marathon on Sunday and you will earn a third Remix Challenge medal.
Get your friends and family involved in a rockin’ 1.5-mile Fun Run (or walk) held after the Half Marathon and 10K. Finisher medals are awarded to all fun run finishers and the event is open to all ages! Earn more bling and participate in the Fun Run as a perfect cool down if you are racing on Sunday.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin Half Marathon reviews
Did the Half Marathon in 2019
Organisation was great, course OK if hilly, bands great, but long quiet segments; but where was Dublin?? In contrast to Liverpool, very few spectators, very quiet for long sections!
