Get ready to rock Dublin on Sunday 11th August for the ultimate Half Marathon!  The toe-tapping, head-banging, air-guitaring goodness of a race route is lined with live bands and entertainment. Runners are in for a treat as they pass all the fan favourites!

The 10K route will start this year in DIT Grangegorman and finish in Royal Hospital Kilmainham along with the Half Marathoners. Still including some fan favourite landmarks! The 10K time limit is 1 hour, 40 minutes.

The 5K course gives runners a taste of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Dublin experience with awesome crowd support, music along the route and blinging medals to show off!  Take on Saturday’s 5KM and the 10K or Half Marathon on Sunday and you will earn a third Remix Challenge medal.

Get your friends and family involved in a rockin’ 1.5-mile Fun Run (or walk) held after the Half Marathon and 10K.  Finisher medals are awarded to all fun run finishers and the event is open to all ages!  Earn more bling and participate in the Fun Run as a perfect cool down if you are racing on Sunday.

Baggage/Gear Check

Before you enter your assigned corral, drop-off your pre-race/post-race clothing and belongings at the Baggage Check. While you run, your personal items will be held at Baggage Check and transported to the Finish Line for collection after the race.

Each participant will receive a large, durable swag bag when you pick up your packet, this will serve as your bag on race day. The Baggage Check trucks will be arranged alphabetically near the Start Line. Attach your bag tag to your bag before you leave it with the volunteers at Baggage Check. While you’re running, your bag will be transported to the finish area. After the race, reclaim your checked bag at the designated Baggage Check area.

Please note: DO NOT leave valuables, cash or jewellery in your bag. The event is not responsible for any lost items. Bags must be claimed before close of the Finish Line Festival on race day.

Water Station helper

These volunteers help distribute water at the water stations. They will either be removing the bottles from packaging,  or taking the tops off the water bottles, or handing the opened bottles to runners. They will also be expected to help pick up all the discarded bottles, empty any contents, and place the bottles into refuse sacks.

Organisation was great, course OK if hilly, bands great, but long quiet segments; but where was Dublin?? In contrast to Liverpool, very few spectators, very quiet for long sections!
