Well organised event running 4 seperate distances with a great team of helpers, marshalls and supporters. The course is a great surface to run on if your preference is road running. However watch out for the climb each lap towards the finish/lap counter. I did the 10k and would definietly consider it again. .
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Pretty much flat throughout, loads of space, good fun and lovely atmosphere
  • Did the Marathon in 2018

Perfect course for runners and spectators. Its not completely flat, there are some short sharp hills but the long downhill sections make up for it. By lap 10 (marathon) you know your way round fairly well!
  • Did the Half Marathon in 2018

Once the 10k and 5k races join in the track becomes much more full and unable to follow the racing line as quite a lot of the 10/5k runners walk!!! Therefore I ran an extra quarter of a mile!!!! Very very very frustrating
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Train on hills so this isnt a shock to the system.
  • Did the Half Marathon in 2018

My friend and I thought running laps might be a bit tedious but we both loved it! It was one of our favourites.
  • Did the 10K in 2018

Normal running gear is fine. I believe some people were surprised by the hills but I know the circuit well so I knew what to expect.
  • Did the Marathon in 2018

The inclines on the course seem small first time round 10 times they seem worse
  • Did the Half Marathon in 2018

More encouragement and music on the way round. Was a great run tho
