Route information
This 100 mile (161k) relay event takes runners along some of Scotland's most scenic coastline.
Runners will travel 16 stages across 2 bridges and 2 firths, and follow the coast along Dundee, St Andrews, and Edinburgh through sunrise and sunset.
The courses cover mixed terrain, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Parking
At the finish line, individual cars will be allocated parking spaces in the World of Football but it may be quicker to find a space on Marine Drive or nearby road before entering the finish area on foot.

How does it work?
Team members will take turns covering the 161k with one person from each team running a stage at any one time.
The rest of the team will drive themselves to the next changeover and so on for 16 stages, and each team member will cover 4 stages.
After a team member completes a stage they must then wait until the other 3 members have completed a stage before they then run another stage.
The runner will pass over the team timing chip at each stage changeover.
Age Requirements
Entrants must be 18 or older to enter the event.
Event Rules
The event organiser asks that your team are able to run within an average pace of 7.00 minutes per k or 11 minutes per mile. Runners must record on sign-up a 10k time in the past 2 years of less than 1hr 10 minutes ideally on a mixed terrain run. Your race start will depend on your average team 10k time.
