Starting Arch: on Quai d'Austerlitz, by the Cite de la Mode et du Design.

The Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris is not a race to be missed. It's a great opportunity to live up to your New Year's resolutions, and completing the race will give you the inspiration and drive to live up to all of your fitness goals for the year. This urban course gives you the chance to experience the city in a completely new way and see some of Paris' most famous landmarks and attractions.

Whether you're a novice racer or a veteran, the Half-Marathon (13.1 miles) is an ideal distance, proven by the fact that more than 40,000 people register each year.

There will be refreshment stations after 6k, 11.5k, 16.5k and at the finish, including water, dried and fresh fruits, sugar lumps, cookies, chocolate bars, gingerbread, fruit paste, pretzels.

Raceday Logistics

The Sports village will be open on Friday 28th February 10am-8pm and Saturday 29th February 9am-7pm

Raceday Timings:

  • 0830: Early starters arrive
  • 0900: Elite Runners Start and Runners aiming for under 1hr35min
  • 0905: Runners aiming for 1hr35min start
  • 0915: Runners aiming for 1hr40min start
  • 0925: Runners aiming for 1hr45min start
  • 0940: Runners aiming for 1hr50min start
  • 1010: Runners aiming for 2hrs start
  • 1040: Runners aiming for 2hrs05min + start

The first finishers are expected from 10am.

Kit List
  • Check the weather forecast and wear suitable clothing (hat, gloves, windbreaker, etc)
  • Pin your bib onto the front of your t-shirt with 4 pins
  • Leave any baggage at a drop off point on Pont de Bercy with your 'left luggage' label inside
  • Anti-chafing cream and nipple bandages are advised
  • Metro ticket for the return trip

Remember to bring your QR code (received by mail), your ID, and your medical certificate in order to register.

Pick up your bib at the Sports Village at the Grande Halle de la Villette.


If you want to follow the race either on the course or from home, you can track your friends and family members live online or on the official race app. There are plenty of opportunities along the course to watch the race and cheer in support.


To support the 45,000 runners that enter, the Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris calls upon 1,500 volunteers. You are more than welcome to sign up as a volunteer and bring your enthusiasm and energy to this great event.

Do I need a Medical Certificate?

Yes, like many running events in France, you will need to show a medical certificate, proving that there is no reason for you not to take part in the race.
