Route information
This simple out and back event takes runners along the esplanade at Seaford. With the majority of the course run along tarmac, it is sure to be a speedy route. As runners approach the finish there's a small gravel patch with a brief climb up to start the next lap, or a final push to the finish line, and then its grass to the end.

The Rotary Club of Seaford are managing the parking on raceday. They ask for a donation charge of £3 to park which goes to local charities.
By Car
Entrants should follow the A259 Brighton to Eastbourne road through Seaford and from there follow signs for 'Triathlon parking' in the town centre. The Triathlon will be taking place the day before.
By Train
There is a train that runs between Brighton and Eastbourne, which stops in Seaford that entrants can use if travelling by public transport.
Please allow plenty of time to arrive and register at the event.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be the following ages to enter the events:
- Half Marathon - 16 years old
- 10k - 14 years old
- 5k Fun Run - No minimum age (U12s accompanied by an adult)
Race Packs
All race day information, including bib numbers, will be emailed to competitors 7-10 days before the event. Race packs themselves will be available to collect from registration on the day. Each pack will include

- Electronic timing chip
Drinks Station
There will be a drinks station approximately every 1.6 miles along the course and at the finish line which will have water and High5 energy drinks.

Spectators are welcome so come and cheer!

Yes, there is a bag drop which is free of charge to use at the event. It will be located next to registration.
Will there be toilets at the South Coast Run?
Yes, there will be toilets at the start and public toilets along the seafront.
