Bramham Park offers the most magnificent of settings. A spectacular stately home surrounded by rolling hills and woodland. This is one hell of a course. Dont let the serene stately home setting fool you into thinking any different. Come prepared for 25 punishing obstacles and earn your free victory beer.

Brand New for 2019

Due to the ever growing numbers we have decided to add an extra day to keep up with the demand and this is going to be special! Friday 21st June is the summer solstice, so we are setting you a challenge. One 12K wave will go at 7.41pm and you have 2 hours to try and complete the course and get back before sunset at 9.41pm. Kick off your weekend in style

Warriors have the option of the 12K course on either day, whilst some of our hardcore Warriors choose to stop over. This event has everything; set in a beautiful Yorkshire Estate, next to one of the UK's liveliest nightspots, it brings awesome obstacles, a vibrant event village and a warm welcome from the team of staff and volunteers. This is going to be a first class weekend, make sure you're part of it.

The Plunge

The feared one, 4ft of water loaded up with 10tons of ice! Hold, your breath, get ready and jump in! Dunk under the beam and you will feel refreshed like never before. Jump out and make sure you can still feel your legs before running off for your next challenge!

“There are Ice Baths, Then There are Total Warrior Ice Baths, Get ready For One hell of the shock”.

  • 25Punishing Obstacles
  • 10Tons of Ice
  • 100Tons of Mud
  • 1 Free Beer

The Ultra course have two check points, one at the start/finish line and one at the half way point, so you can complete half and full laps. The winner is the participant who completes the most number of laps, or half laps, in the fastest possible time. But that is just a small part of the challenge. The real challenge is a personal one, how many laps you can do?

If you complete:

  • 2 laps – You become a Bronze Warrior.
  • 3 laps – You become a Silver Warrior.
  • 4 Laps – You become a Gold Warrior.
  • 5 laps – You become a Platinum Warrior – (is this even possible!!)

Kit List

It’s the summer but it’s also the UK so our advice is to come prepared! You’ll obviously need your normal running gear and make sure you have tight trainers as you may be likely to lose one! We would also advise you to wear something you are happy not to need in the future! A full change of warm clothes is essential along with a towel.

A full change of clothes along with your running gear and a towel. A wise man once said… “There is no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!” There will be food outlets and a bar onsite but there is no access to a cash point, so don’t forget to bring enough money with you.

No, but marshals and event staff will judge if struggling participants are fit to continue. The Lake district Sunday 10 Miler may have a time cut off for participants entering the fell loop so if you think you might be slow, you need to choose one of the earlier start waves.

There are no showers at the event but there are lots of hand wash facilities close to the finish line and the caterers. It is essential that you wash your hands when you finish the event and also before eating.

Yes, top quality food will be available on site along with a bar. There are no cash machines on site or nearby so please bring enough money with you.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Is there suitable provisions on course e.g. water stations?

Yes. There are 3 water stations per lap including the finish line. There will be a refuel station at the finish available for Ultra Warriors as they pass through to begin another lap and you will be able to store bags and personal fuel/hydration at the transition point.

OCR World Championships Qualifying WaveThe top 15 male and top 15 female Warriors will qualify for Age Group at the 2019 OCR World Championships. The top 3 male and 3 female Warriors will qualify for Pro. Obstacle completion is mandatory in order to be considered for qualification.
