This truly epic event will have you traversing alpine terrain in and around Chamonix. Over the 6 days you'll cover 168k (100 miles), with 9,000m ascent, pass through 3 countries, 71 glaciers and glimpse 400 summits.

Accommodation
Accommodation is in a 4* spa hotel at Le Refuge des Aiglons (or similar alternative) including breakfast each morning and an evening meal at one of Chamonix's highly rated restaurants. This is on a twin sharing basis, unless you have requested a single room (which if available, there is a supplement). Amenities include the spa which has a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, the hotel also has an outdoor space to relax in and free WiFi as well as a beautiful atrium bar area. It’s located in the centre of Chamonix.
On the Friday evening you will meet up for dinner with your guide as well as some of the Run the Wild Team.
Transport
Transport to/from Chamonix via Geneva can be booked via one of the many minibus operators (e.g. Chamexpress, Mountain Drop-Offs, Alpybus or Easybus) that provide a regular shuttle service, if you are a group the event organiser can arrange this and can be added to your invoice.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 16 years of age or over, entrants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
Ability
This is a 6-day running trip, covering around 29k per day. It is not easy to run these routes so be prepared to be on the trails all day. All entrants should train before they arrive and must have run a marathon in under 4 hours.
Please note that the following things are not included in the cost:

You can secure your entry by signing up and paying the £800 deposit. The total ticket price of £2,695 will be due 10 weeks before the event.

Do I need to be a certain fitness level for the Tour Du Mont Blanc?
This trip is 6 days of running with an average of around 18 miles / 29k per day. Bear in mind that there will be steep climbs and long descents during this, so please ensure you have done sufficient training of a similar standard before the event. All entrants must be able to run a marathon in under 4 hours.
