Ultra X Jordan is a multi-day Ultramarathon - spanning 250KM - over 5 days which is run in Southern Jordan in October every year.
Nicknamed 'The Valley of The Moon', Wadi Rum is one of the most striking desert areas on the planet. This location is truly unrivalled and is a once in a life time experience for all runners.
All stages will kick-off from between 0400 - 0800am, with checkpoints/refreshment stations coming every 10KM.
At the end of each day, runners will have access to physiotherapy, foot treatment, hot water and an epic wild campsite. Living accommodation consists of a bivouac or tent shared between 2 - 20 competitors.
Wednesday will be the hardest day, covering 70KM and starting in the dark with moonlight guiding the way.

The address of the race hotel will be communicated to runners before January 2020.
Flights:
It is advised that you fly into Amman Queen Alia Airport. Please book flights for Saturday 3rd Oct so that you have ample time to make the Race Briefing at 0900 on Sunday 4th.
Accommodation:
All accommodation from the 4th - 9th is included, however entrants need to book their own for the night of the 3rd.
Entrants have the option to book accommodation at the race hotel when buying their tickets. Rooms cost £48 per night.
Baggage:
Each athlete is allowed 3 bags for the week:
Main travel bag: Will remain at the hotel and contains any normal clothing/items.
Race holdall: Contains everything you need for the Ultra. This must not exceed 14KG and must fit into one soft, waterproof holdall.

Race backpack:** This stays with you at all times. It must be large enough to fit all the required gear, but also fit into your holdall for transit from Amman.
