All races start and finish in the heart of Southamptons city centre with the run course passing iconic local landmarks including Bargate, QE2 Anchor and St Marys Stadium. Sure to be the race highlight will be running both the ascent and more popularly the descent over the Itchen bridge, which will be closed exclusively for this unique event.

A friendly and popular running race organised by the Dorset Doddlers.
It features over 1500ft of climbing across three peaks of Dorset: Okeford Hill, Hod Hill and Hambledon Hill (and of course not forgetting the infamous and self-named Stickle Path).
This years race will be the 24th running of the event, and if the growing interest in event continues will be another record-breaking year.
Introducing the Inaugural Breamore 10k and 5k off-road run incorporating The Partner Race.
Lucky us and maybe lucky you. We have got permission to hold the very first running race at the stunning Breamore House. The run will be over a 5k course so 1 lap for 5k and 2 laps for 10k. You can run either of the distances on your own or run with your Partner, each taking it in turn to run a 5k lap. Combined time is your finish time.
The course is completely traffic free on bridleways and estate tracks. There are some great views along the way and yes you are right the best views are from higher ground. The course has some ups and downs but nothing too severe!
The Gillingham Hilly race takes you along hilly scenic roads and is a 7.5 accurately measured single loop route.
The Wimborne Dental 10 - A 10 mile largely flat course on the road with 3 water stations, starting & finishing at Pamphill BH21 4EE. Starts with a bang provided by the Wimborne Militia and their muskets. Well marshaled with free tea and cake for all finishers. Historically course has provided lots of PB's despite a hill at Mile 4 and in the last mile. Please note there is a 1-mile walk (or warm up run) to the start area. The course is not closed to traffic. Surplus race proceeds are donated to a local charity after the race.
Organised by Wimborne AC. Starts with a bang from the Wimborne Militia down a tree lined avenue. 10 miles of undulations but historically this has been a good PB course. We post out the numbers and race information to you.
The annual Boscombe 10K race organised by Bournemouth Joggers ladies running club, starts at 11am in Kings Park Athletics Stadium, Bournemouth.
The event is a chip timed undulating 10k open road race and is part of the Dorset Road Race League 2018 series. Entrants must be 15 years or over.
As part of the event we also hold a childrens 1.5K and 3K Fun Run which take place before the main event at 9.45am and 10.15am. The Fun Runs start and finish in the stadium, there are prizes for the first boy and girl in each race and all finishers receive a race medal. Entry costs 3 and is available on the day or by postal entry form available on our Event website above.

The race will start in The Borough, Downton and continues along Moot Lane to Hale, Castle Hill and Woodgreen then retraces the route back to the finish in Downton. All on-road (nb road open to traffic) on fairly quiet country lanes. Very scenic route, a few hills but not too demanding!
