Set amidst the picturesque scenery of Bardowie Castle at Bardowie Sailing Club, Bardowie, Milngavie, the Loch is an ideal setting for our first event of the year. The Loch is very sheltered providing excellent swimming conditions with full changing & toilet facilities with on site car parking. Since this is the first event of the season the swim distances will be 1k & 2k, plus a circumference swim, you can either choose to swim round once which is 2k or twice round at 4k.

Gung-Ho! is an inclusive 5km running event, with a focus on fun and it's coming to Glasgow in 2019 on 25th May. Get ready to run, jump and climb over some of the the biggest inflatable obstacles in the world and show how Gung-Ho! you really are!
The Dog Jog series are unique 5k jogging events for you and your dog to get fit and have fun. Each event offers a relaxed and fun atmosphere with no times and no pressure. They are also a great opportunity to meet like-minded dog owners in your area. Plus whats more, when you cross the finish line youll receive a fantastic Doggy Bag jam-packed with goodies for both you and your dog, as well as Dog Jog Collar Keyring medal! Dog Jog is all about getting involved, having fun and enjoying the great outdoors with your favourite four-legged friend!
The NAAC 10k is organised by North Ayrshire Athletics Club. This years event is bigger and better than before with entries increased to 750 for the 10k. As a family club, we are striving to encourage more children to get involved in the event and are excited to announce that we have introduced a new 2k chip timed fun run for children aged 6-15 as well as a 800m fun.

Walk or run the stunning ten-mile circular route around the Ardlamont peninsula on Scotlands west coast. The secluded coastal road takes you through rolling hills and woodland copses and past beautiful beaches. The views to Arran, Kintyre and Bute are simply breath taking.

Designed to include as much of the natural landscape as possible the undulating terrain and natural beauty of Lanrick Estate makes this event different to others. Although challenging its not as extreme or frightening as the Tough Mudder - theres no electrocutions or ice baths!!

The West Highland Way is Scotland's most popular long distance trail. Essentially the object of this Race is simple. You start at Milngavie Railway Station (7 miles north of Glasgow) and run/jog/walk to Fort William Leisure Centre, covering 95 miles which include 14,760ft of ascent.
