Hereford Duathlon 2018Whitecross Hereford High School, Three Elms Rd, Hereford HR4 0RN, UK

A club-run duathlon ideal for newcomers, as a training race or for those of you who like a super fast course. We keep our prices as low as possible but we guarantee that you'll enjoy a first-class race experience.

We guarantee you a well organised, no frills race with friendly marshals run by athletes for athletes. The race will be chip timed, you will be able to access your results and times as soon as you've crossed the line and each competitor will receive a rather swanky medal with a unique Herefordshire Duathlon design.

The flat run course takes you through the city streets and out into the local villages. The bike course is undulating and takes in some of Herefordshire's most beautiful countryside.

A shorter distance race also takes place on the same day, starting at the same time.

4.6 mile run | 17 mile bike | 2.2 mile run OR 2.4 mile run | 17 mile bike | 2.2 mile run.

  • Did the Legend 71.6 in 2018

I completed the snowman legend 71.6 on Sunday August 5th. It was my first half iron man triathlon and my first time to Wales. I travelled from Norfolk 300 miles away opposite side of Country. When I signed up initially I did not realise the physical toughness of the event I just wanted to take the next step up from Olympic distance. The final 5 miles run up and down Moel siabod was a real test of mental strength. I finished in 23 rd position, and sub 7 hours so I was very happy. I am proud to be a snowman legend and Snowdonia has a piece of my heart. Alexander pennington.
