Join Wilderness Running for a fantastic 10k guided trail run through the countryside surrounding the market town of Selborne, Hampshire. Vanessa will be leading this run and will provide tips for how to improve your trail technique along the way.
There will be no need to think about navigation on this run, so just turn up and enjoy. It will be run at a sociable pace so it is suitable for runners of all ability. The pace will be dictated by the group but you should be able to run at roughly 10 min/mile.
