Enjoyed the course but I did feel the course could have been marked better as aware a few runners got lost/went the wrong way due to works going on along the canal. Liked that there was a water station and the atmosphere especially at the end was lovely and supportive

Nice flat route along the canal with a few detours due to ongoing roadworks which you needed to have your wits about you to follow sometimes. Beware that this is a point to point race so you’ll need to get yourself back to the start or park at end and make your own way back to start.

Unfortunately we got lost several times as there were no signs on the 11k route. I ended up doing 12k. At least it made me run further!

We got lost twice and spent a while running down the road, luckily we found another lost group also running down the road - a man saved us from going wrong a third time. Maybe some tags would have been good for people out of area.Good check in - water station and finish, very friendly atmosphere and supportive group.

Lovely set of races, great atmosphere- felt like we all got to know each other over the 4 runs, Wayne & Amanda were great! The only thing I would say is a bit of signage where there were diversions …it shouldn’t be easy to get lost on a canal but people did every time! Loved the hoody for doing multiple runs & enjoyed the size of the groups

I’ve done all 4 of the races in this series, the organisers are so friendly and supportive, it’s not a huge group which I personally really like, and it’s been great progressing through the weeks with some of the same faces! We will definitely be back
