Route information
This 5 mile course will be a one lap route through the 3 villages of Wetheral, Scotby and Cumwhinton. The route starts at the Green Wetheral and finishes close to Wetheral Community Hall. Best described as undulating, the course starts at an elevation of 212ft and has a maximum elevation of 233ft.
The race is ran on quiet country roads. Competitors are requested to listen carefully to marshals they are there to make sure you are on the right course and assist you to get round the course safely. Please follow the race directors instructions and be aware of the dangers of cars and cyclist.

Runners will need to pick up their race numbers and timing chips from registration before the race between 08:30 and 09:40. Please arrive early enough to account for registration and warm up before the race briefing. Registration will be at Race HQ at Wetheral Village Community Hall.
