Route information
The course is along the Thames River path. The course is flat and fast. The aim is to complete as many 4.37 mi loops as you can in 7 hours. The route is fully signed so there is no need for navigation. Road shoes are suitable all year round.
If you're aiming for marathon distance, you'll need to complete 6 laps of the 4.37 route.

Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On-Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Bag Drop
There will be an area for you to leave your bags. This won't however be supervised so all items are left at their own risk.
