Route information
The loop starts and finishes at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting club where there will be an aid station. This fast and flat 4.37 mile route will be the perfect opportunity to go for your PB and stretch yourself over the multiple days of this event. It is possible to walk this course as well, if running isn't the speed for you. It is a 7hr Time Challenge event which allows you full control over the distance you want to run. The minimum distance is 5km, which is part of a full lap. A full lap is 4.37 miles (7km) and you can run as many or as few of these laps as you wish in the 7hr time limit.
The course is along a beautiful stretch of the River Thames and will be fully signed so there is no need for navigation.

There is some limited free on-street parking in nearby roads which you should be able to park in. At the venue itself, there is a large public pay and display car park. You can also find cheaper parking if you arrange this online.

Aid Station
There will be an aid station at the start line. Therefore you can access the aid station every 4.37 miles.
On Site Facilities
There will be toilets at race HQ at the start/finish area. There are also changing facilities at the venue.
Bag Drop
There will be an area where you can leave your bags. This however won't be supervised at all times so items are left at their own risk.
Distance Pins
You'll receive a distance pin if you complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50k or ultra in the 7 hour time limit.
Age Requirements
You must be aged 18 or older on the day of the event.
