Edale is about 45 minutes from the centre of Sheffield and Manchester, 35 minutes from Bakewell and 20 minutes from Buxton. The postcode for the playing field and car park for Edale Country Day is S33 7ZP.
Parking
Edale Country Day runs its own car parks, please follow the signs and the directions of our marshalls. There is a charge of £3 to park for the day (£1.50 for motorbikes). All proceeds from the car park go to the Edale Country Day charities.
The main public car park in Edale is run by High Peak Borough Council which charges £5 / day on a pay and display basis.
Rail
Edale is on the Hope Valley line that runs between Manchester and Sheffield and there are trains that run approximately once per hour at the weekend. See the National Rail timetables for more information.
Bus
There are presently no bus services to Edale but you should be able to connect to the rail services along the Manchester-Sheffield line at Hope, Hathersage, Chinley, Dore & Totley, Marple or Stockport.
