Did the race in 2016
Im new to running and the action heart 5 was only my 2nd race, on arrival the atmosphere was great, the orgnisation was spon on, no issues getting in or parking. The course i found not too hard a big downhill gave you some rest the marshalles were fantastic, encouragement all the way round. Gret race great charity

Did the race in 2019
Great fun and atmosphere. Only improvement would be if they could close the roads as some pavements are in poor condition - however it was marshalled superbly and felt safe throughout. Great job.

This is a fantastic local event on a very testing run course with some punishing climbing.Perfect early spring sharpener!
