Route information
Take on this epic trail run on the gravel trails through Rendlesham Forest. On this run you will be either running 2 laps for the Half-Marathon or 4 laps for the Marathon. This 6.7 mile loop is a perfect way to get some marathon training in or to have fun. There will be plenty of accessible food and drink stations throughout the course (at the start and at the 3.5 mile mark) to keep you fuelled throughout. Make sure to embrace the fantastic scenery of the woods as the sun bursts through the trees. Make sure to watch out for the aliens!

If taking the train you can take the Greateranglia service to Ipswich from London and change from there to Woodbridge.

The Race
- The race time will start from when the gun goes off
- Make sure to keep your number clearly visible in front of you
- Be prepared to shout your number at the finish requested
- Each lap you must collect a bracelet to keep count of how many laps you have done
Race Packs
All race packs must be collected on the day of the event from registration, this will include your numbers and pins.
Bag drop
Bags can be left at the start/finish area and they will be watched at all times.
Food and Drink Stations
There will be food and drink stations with a variety of food and drinks to keep you fuelled throughout the race. These will be located at the start/finish line as well during the loop at the 3.5 mile mark.
