Checkpoints
Participants are asked to be self-sufficient along the route, however there are 2 staffed feed stations and 1 water station.
Each checkpoint has water, checkpoint 1 and 3 has food too (granola and flapjack bars, bananas, crisps, individually wrapped savouries etc)
