Ashington Triathlon

An ever popular early-season pool based triathlon. This event attracts a wide range of competitors from all abilities, especially beginners who made up 45% of entries last year. Following last year’s success we have 260 individual entries and 10 non-competitive places for relay teams.Hosted in the town of Ashington once famous for being the largest mining town in Europe and home town of national heroes the Charltons, Milburn and Harmison to name a few. We are grateful to have the support of Active Northumberland and the use of their flagship leisure centre with fantastic pool and facilities.
