Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
My first marathon and it was amazing, can't wait for 2020 and to do it all over again. Really well organised and the atmosphere was unbelievable.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
Event really well organised. Pack sent a couple of weeks in advance, with all the info you might need.On the day, it was easy to get into the starting pens and there were pacers in each pen. Lots of water stations along the route, which was REALLY flat! And the atmosphere was just great - the crowds were amazing and definitely added to the experience. I think it was the perfect option for my first marathon!Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2017
Well organised from start to finish, but unfortunately the course is super boring and the atmosphere lacking except for at a couple of key points going around the course.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
This was my fourth year in a row running this race and I love it. Great almost flat course, good organisation and good support most of the way.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019

It was a great atmosphere. The warm up and commentary was inspirational and fun. My grievance with the event was the litter in particular the plastic bottles. This use of single use bottles can't continue and the event needs to address this problem.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
Fantastic day, extremely well organised. The route was well sign posted way to navigate, atmosphere was one of the best I've experienced. I would definitely join again.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2018
Did this last year and loved it the atmosphere was amazing so much support its a flat race and easier of the 8 marathon's if done over the yearsDid the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
Manchester was my first marathon and i wasnt disappointed. I was totally buzzing the whole weekend. It was a very well organised event. I love crossing the start line to a pumping Blue Monday by New Order. The crowds were a great support. The only downside was the course was a bit dull in sections (and may be too flat!!) but the route is changing to go through the city centre next year. I really appreciated a very tasty free alcohol-free pint of beer at the end which tasted like proper booze. Good to have the start & finish cameras on You Tube so you can check how ridiculous you look later.Did the Marathon - Register Your Interest in 2019
Fantastic did this as my first marathon and signed up 3 weeks before, race pack arrived before the race. Pricey compared to other marathons but the crowds were fantastic Only criticism was the toilet queue prior to and it was not clear whether there were more in pens so everyone queued and first ones so 40 mins and anxiety about missing start
