A gentle course welcomes runners of all abilities and ages, runners can run at their own pace to enjoy taking in the winding tracks and trails of The Valley's surrounding Worcestershire countryside. Asparagus-green paint bombs will be raining down on you as you manoeuvre the multi-terrain, family-friendly route - making for a great photo finish.

Is the paint safe ?
Yes, we use safe, non-toxic paint powder, which easily washes off clothes, hair and skin. We will also give you a funky pair of green sunglasses to wear!
Is the event for charity?
The run will help to support The Alpkit Foundation with 50% of all ticket sales being donated to the charity to help give people and groups, who may ordinarily miss out on a chance to enjoy the wellbeing benefits of nature, the opportunity to get out into the great outdoors by funding incredible grassroot initiatives. You can also increase your donation too at the event. You may wish to raise money for your own charity yourself too.
What shall I wear?
To have the best effect, we recommend you wear something white….but it won’t be white for long!
