Short Fast Durty
Swim
Distance: 500m Open Water Swim (wetsuits compulsory)
Laps: 1
The swim will be in open water and in the fantastic clean loch, make sure to wear your wetsuit as it will be cold.
Bike
Distance: 12k

Terrain: Gravel/Forest track
This mountain bike section is a mixture of fast forest roads as well as some gravel. There will be roots on the single track roads so it is advised to use a mountain bike and wear a helmet.

The run will be a mix of forest trails including a rewarding climb that will display fantastic views.

Accommodation
On-site camping and WigWams will be available at the Badaguish Centre for a small charge. The site has showers, toilets, and acres of picturesque grassy goodness.

  • Short: Entrants must be 16 years or older to participate
  • Long: Entrants must be 18 years or older to participate
Swim Safety
All competitors should please note: the United Kingdom inland waters are not completely safe for swimming, although risks of disease are low and risks of serious infection are minute. Swimmers who may be susceptible to infection through immune suppression, are advised not to enter the event if he or she is not in good health at the time of swimming.

This is a completely cupless event so make sure to bring your own bottle or hydration system to refill at the aid stations.
