This action-packed route is a fantastic example of what trail running as to offer. Though tough and demanding in places, the course is accessible for beginners and the gorgeous Fforest Fawr will make the challenge worth it. You will start and finish in the same place on this looped course.
At only 3 years old, Badass Mother Runners may still be new to the scene but they are making a big noise in the running world! Things are about to get even bigger…Not only do they already have an impressive social following and an award-winning range of kit they were also recently voted ‘Best Running Club’ in the UK by Women’s Running Magazine.
The 10k race is a woman only race and open to all levels, from beginners to elite athletes.
