This 10k route is flat and fast with only a 2% gradient. This route is completely on tarmac throughout making it a perfect race to record a PB. Come to race fast along this route. This route is held on 5 x 10km laps on an officially certified route.

A beautiful route which goes through the two tunnels, along verdant countryside by the Kennet & Avon Canal and into the heart of the city of Bath, past the Abbey and up the famous Pulteney Weir.
Distance: Half Marathon Elevation: Flat Terrain: Paths Laps: 1
A beautiful route which goes through the two tunnels, along verdant countryside by the Kennet & Avon Canal and into the heart of the city of Bath, past the Abbey and up the famous Pulteney Weir.
Distance: 10km Elevation: Flat Terrain: Tarmac Laps: 1
This 10k route is flat and fast with only a 2% gradient. This route is completely on tarmac throughout making it a perfect race to record a PB. Come to race fast along this route. This route is officially measured.
Distance: 5km Elevation: Flat Terrain: Tarmac Laps: 1
The 5k will run through the 408m long Devonshire Tunnel into Lyncombe Vale. There will be a turnaround point just before the entrance to the Combe Down Tunnel before runners retrace their steps to Brickfield's Park. This officially measured route is an out and back course, perfect for a PB.

By Car
If you are driving to Bath you can park at the Odd Down Park & Ride (BA2 8PA) and catch the Two Tunnels bus to the race site (£4.50 return for adults and free for U16s).
By Train
Oldfield Park train station is approximately 800m from Brickfields.

Event day logistics

In the event of cancellation all entries will be rolled over to the same event the following year or a choice of alternative races will be made available within 12 months of the original race date if you are not able to make the new date.
Age Requirements
  • 10k: Participants must be 16 years of age or older
  • Half marathon: Participants must be 17 years of age or older
  • 25k: Participants must be 18 years of age or older
  • Marathon: Participants must be 18 years of age or older
  • 50k: Participants must be 20 years of age or older
Prizes
The race prize categories are as follows, subject to minimum number of participants:
  • Top 3 male and top 3 female
  • First U20 male and female
  • First 20-39 male and female
  • First 40-49 male and female
  • First 50-59 male and female
  • First 60-69 male and female
  • First 70+ male and female
Drink Stations
Please note that there are no drink stations on the 5k course. The 10k course will have one aid station, and there will be 3-5 checkpoints on the half marathon route.
These stations will offer water, electrolytes and a range of snacks.
Facilities
There are on site toilets, coffee and food vans There is a bag drop at the start line at Green Park and we will transport a bag to the finish line free of charge for the 25km runners who finish in Bristol. There are no changing rooms.
Buggy or Canicross Runners
The 50km, 10km and 5km races are are suitable for buggy runners but this event is not open to canicross runners.
