The volunteers were absolutely lovely! They were supportive, informative, fun and encouraging. Loved it. The way info is shared is great. Everything is signposted well. It felt organised. One improvement would be the that a lot of people missed some of the warm up because we just couldn't hear the announcements for the warm up nor could we see the warm up etc. It would have worked if the people closest to the person leading the warm up were also doing the warm up so you could follow them but as it trickled to the back of the masses, the instructions were lost. A riser for the person leading the warm up would have been great. Apart from that, the event was fantastic! Can't wait to do it again.

Runthrough never disappoints. Great local and accessible races that don't cost silly money - incredible medals - free race photos - great marshalls and volunteers. I don't have a bad word to say about Runthrough, and I'm looking forward to volunteering at and running more races with Runthrough in 2023 and beyond.

Excellent organisation and volunteer team, as always. Just a personal preference for the Olympic Park course over Battersea, but nothing wrong with Battersea.

Starters instructions were not clear as lack of loudspeaker at event start line. It meant quite a few slower runners were at the front of the start line. Otherwise it was a lovely atmosphere with enthusiastic volunteers
