This course takes participants on a moderately challenging journey through the Chilterns. There are twists and turns throughout and beautiful stretches along great Beards Wood, Amersham Old Town and Penn Wood.
There's even an opportunity to stop at the oldest freehouse in the UK for a well-earned drink whilst on your travels.
With a mixture of technical and typical trail terrain, this will prove a challenge for participants and is best suited to those at an intermediate level.
GPX's will be provided for all runners before the event.

Follow the M40 and take the turning onto the A335 and turn onto Maxwell Road which is parallel to the train station. The starting area is just next to the station itself.
